Group rates apply for all bookings of four or more rooms. Bookings are only definitive when confirmed in writing by Atlas Kasbah and prepayment has been received. Once written confirmation is issued, the reservation is considered to be definitive, implying approval of the terms and conditions of sale for the stay, subject to our availabilities.
Atlas Kasbah requires non-refundable prepayment to secure the booking:
Extras and supplements are to be settled before departure (activities, laundry and other services).
Payment is accepted using Visa or MasterCard, bank transfer or cash. The reference currencies are Dirhams and Euros.
Any booking changes or cancellations by the buyer can only be taken into account if we are informed in writing. This is taken into account from the day written notification is received.
Changes and cancellation cannot be accepted over the phone.
Payment is still due in the event of cancellation or “no show”.
In the unlikely event that Atlas Kasbah cannot fulfil your booking, your prepayment will be refunded in its entirety.
Check-in is from 3pm.
Departing guests must clear their rooms by midday. Otherwise they will be charged for an extra day.
The client must supply Atlas Kasbah with all information regarding desired services at least 7 days before the stay: room choices, departure and arrival times, name and contact details of group leader, special requests, special diets, programme, airport transfers.
Any changes must be notified in writing. Any additional bookings will be subject to the same conditions and are subject to availability.
A programme of possible activities and outings will be drawn up at the beginning of the stay so that they can be booked. If guests do not attend the activity or outing at the specified time, they must still pay the full cost of this service.
