Testimonials
you220219902020-08-24EXCEPTIONAL Never been so happy with a stay in a hotel. Honestly I don’t have the words to describe how amazed I am with the concept, the location, the food and mostly the people ! Atlas Kasbah was a 2-day step during my honeymoon, and the most memorable experience. Atlas Kasbah is the only stay I found in Agadir that captures and delivers to its guests the spirit of the Souss region and culture. Agadir is not only beach resorts, Agadir is also a city with a rich culture. You get the genuine berber culture not only from the exceptional design and facilities, but also from the tasty food prepared by the locals. The quality of the food is so amazing: high-quality ingredients from the garden + berber genuine recipes that you can only be prepared by locals. For travelers who want to get the best value for their money, Atlas Kasbah is perfect. In addition to getting the best services, you also feel that you contribute to local economy and help the villagers with your stay. I don’t want my testimony to seem like an advertisement, I really hope you get from the few lines my enthousiasm and love for the place and its concept. This place was such a wonderful find! It is in a picturesque location and beautifully designed/constructed. The rooms were lovely. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They have plenty of local activities from which to choose should you decide you want to go surfing or do a pottery class. We did a pottery class and it was fun and we were able to bring fun things back from our trip (though ours looked silly compared to the sample items the instructor made). The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. It is one of the best places in the Agadir area to see a sunset. I think my favorite part was the traditional tea service they presented, which included lots of information about Berber/Moroccan cultural history. This was truly an amazing spot and I would recommend a few nights here as you travel the beautiful country. Thank you so much for making this such a special part of our trip!Katie2019-08-16Beautiful kasbah. My husband and I have just spent 2 days at this outstanding kasbah out in the Atlas Mountains! It is perfect for those who want to get away from big city hotels, and all the chaos that comes with them. The Kasbah is perfect rly situated just a 20/30 minute drive outside of Agadir, so if you wanted to go out into the city you can do so easily, but if you want to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains then this is the perfect place. The views all around are amazing from the grounds and from the terrace, and to sit and eat on the restaurant terrace is just amazing, looking at the stars and listening to the wildlife. The food was lovely, we only ate there once, but it was traditional Moroccan food and they offered a full traditional Berber breakfast if you wanted it. the portions were smaller than I would have expected for the price and it would have been nice to have a starter too, but what we had tasted amazing. The pool is clean and well maintained and you get a beach towel and peg for your room and you can hang it to dry on the lines they have. We stayed in a terrace room and all I can say is WOW! They have a beautiful comfortable bed, chairs to sit and admire the views out the windows, the majority of the furniture is original Berber style, the bathroom is well appointed with a large shower, you get soft towel and dressing gowns, as well as traditional Berber soaps, shampoos and exfoliating mud to use if you would like. The staff were all lovely, and spoke good English as well as obviously speaking french and Arabic, and had their names written in traditional Berber script which I thought was lovely. The hotel offers a number of activities which are listed in the welcome booklet in your room, but we didn’t do any of these as we were only there for a short time. As the kasbah is an ecolodge they have a number of eco friendly ways of doing things, like re-using your napkins, and towels as long as you would happily do so, as well as using solar energy and they try and reduce electricity use but having lighting that turns itself off. If you want to try traditional Morocco then I 100% recommend this beautiful place. We will be back to visit again hopefullyÉvaluation Tripadvisor : 5.0 sur 5, Basée sur 276 avis
